Sweet smelling compost

Good day today, I finally got round to getting my compost bins in order, one was nicely cooked and the other piled high with garden waste waiting to be shredded and added.
I decided to empty the cooked side out into heavy duty bags that had previously held landscaping bark and were sized to hold 80 ltrs. I found that the compost was perfect, dry and smelt of ___________________NOTHING, Perfect.
It was nicely friable and if put through a sieve would be great for seeds or potting on.
I have two compost bins each measuring about 1 cubic metre and from the bin i emptied I filled 8 bags so around 640 litres !
Once emptied i then put in some previously shredded material and following some clearence from the garden this afternoon it was full again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think i need a wormery for the kitchen waste. Here are a couple of pictures:
