It comprises of 3 trees which have been trained over a metal frame, with room for growth to be trained towards the house ( a barn conversion). Some branches were too long and were tied together, and due to lack of pruning over the last couple of years laterals from the main branches required shortenning, much like wisteria pruning! The result is that a more even structure has been created with more light penetration and air circulation achieved.
